The document that formally established CLEAN Foundation, the “Statuten” can be found below in its original Dutch. The English translation shall
be available soon, although the Dutch version will remain as the official version. The Netherlands has a Claim Code that we respect and follow;
it is a document that guides the ethical and effective functioning of foundations.

CLEAN Foundation is managed by two different groups of professionals: the members of the Board of Directors and members of the Supervisory Board. The Board of Directors is responsible for the day to day management of the foundation while the Supervisory Board supervises the policy and strategy of the management board and the general affairs of the foundation.
